No change in the Top 5. Texas falls the farthest of the Top 25 teams--from 7 to 23--after getting destroyed by #1 Oklahoma. Penn State is the highest-ranked 1-loss team thanks to their tough schedule, which includes #5 Alabama out-of-conference. Meanwhile, Notre Dame sneaks into the Top 25 as the highest-ranked 2-loss team, thanks in part to their 59-33 drubbing of Air Force. Houston continues to be the lowest-ranked undefeated team at #52. Although they've beaten their opponents by an average of 24 points per game, they have the lowest-ranked SOS, which is preventing them from moving farther up the rankings.

No overall changes to the conference rankings, although the Big Ten moved closer to the SEC, while both of them made up ground against the Big 12.
