Week 5, 2013
Ohio State, Florida, Clemson, and Georgia all enter the rankings after LSU, USC, Minnesota, and Ole Miss all fall out after losses. The Pac-12 keeps their stranglehold on the top 3 spots, as Stanford, UCLA, and Oregon have all looked strong against varying degrees of difficulty.
The Pac-12 stays the top conference, but are losing a little ground to the Big 12. The Big Ten has jumped the SEC for the #4 spot, while the Independents jumped two spots after a strong weekend.
